Guest lecturer by Dr. Jay Mehta Sir
We have a guest lecture by Dr Jay Mehta Sir on 15th January 2019 on Mass Media and Communication Study. It's more fruitful and knowledgeable session by him. He is convenience us to whole things that located unit in a comedic way.
He gave us new words and information about in that sense what Media is actually. First of all it's connected with politics and also advertising criteria. It has some sections like this #Judiciary #Parliament. He is introduced us to a new word is PRESTITUDE= Press+Prostitute.
He says that now a days in the news channel a best platform to properganda of anything. It's like that Advertising belongs to human psychology and creativity and also language usage for mind wash of audience and convince to them more easy way by media. It has attractive logo and tag of anything or product like "पहले इस्तेमाल करे फिर विश्वास करे", "अमूल दूध पीता है इंडिया", "ज़िन्दगी के साथ भी ज़िन्दगी के बाद भी".
He suggested to us watch movie it's related to mass media that 'Rann' movie. It's to much beneficial for this study or paper also.
Mass media effects with this things Investigation journalism, Sting operations, it's like a tinsel world, stigma, Infotainment, Edutainment, Digital media also. He suggest about two books who more helpful to us Mass communication in India by keval j Kumar and Advertising by S.A. Chunawala.
We are very thankful to Dilip Barad sir and also thankful to vaidehi Ma'am to gave us one more opportunity to interact with sir and we are in a such way really enjoyed that lecture of Mehta sir.
